Aline Ngrenhtabare Lopes Kayapó belongs to the Mebengokre people and is a descendant of the Aymaras of Peru. She is a writer, an indigenous scholar, and an activist in the national indigenous movement and the indigenous movement of women, ceramists, artisans, and vendors of Acai. She is adjunct coordinator of the Mapping Knowledges Institute, which is connected to the Nucleus of Amazonian Advanced Studies-UFPA, participating in the Human Rights section. Aline is founder of Wayrakunas, an ancestral-philosophical network that works on indigenous women’s resistance in Brazil. She studies Law and collaborates with GRUMIN, a collective of native women.
