Juliana Vásquez Villa

Juliana Vásquez works as a freelance translator (English into Spanish). She is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Translation at the Universidad de Antioquia (Medellín, Colombia). Her project focuses on the phenomenon of heteroglossia in the Spanish translation of the novel Fiebre Tropical by Juli Delgado, translated by Juana Silva Puerta. She co-translated a selection of short stories by Kate Chopin with Luis Miguel Mesa Díez (Nueve cuentos y un poema, 2021).
