Rafael Gumucio

Rafael Gumucio is a Chilean writer, journalist, and academic. He directs the Instituto de Estudios Humorísticos of the Universidad Diego Portales. He is the author of the novels Comedia nupcial, La deuda, Milagro en Haití, El galán imperfecto, and Los parientes pobres, and of hybrid books including Memorias prematuras and El vértigo de Eros. He contributes to El Dínamo, El País, and Letras Libres.
