Andrea Valenzuela Cerón is a translator from the Universidad de Santiago de Chile with a diploma in Literary Translation from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. She has developed her interests and professional experience in the fields of translation, writing, and interpreting, viewing them as a bridge to understanding and respecting diverse cultures. Her interests and areas of work are related to ecology, social justice, movement, and art.
Kevin A. Holmes serves as Vice President of the Chilean Association of Translators and Interpreters (COTICH) and coordinates its Literary and Editorial Translation Committee. He is a professional translator and liaison interpreter, holds a Diploma in Literary Translation, and is a certified expert in English-to-Spanish Editorial Translation and a specialist in subtitling. He is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Literary Translation. With five years of experience as a freelance translator, interpreter, and subtitler, he has worked primarily in the audiovisual, literary, academic, and arts fields, with English<>Spanish and Portuguese<>Spanish language combinations. He also has training in arts and cultural management, documentary film, and film theory and criticism.
