D.P. Snyder is a bilingual writer and translator from Spanish. Her work has appeared in The Sewanee Review, Exile Quarterly, Two Lines Journal, World Literature Today, Review: Literature and Art of the Americas, The Southern Review, and Latin American Literature Today, among other publications. She is a contributor to and a member of the Editorial Board of Reading in Translation at Oberlin College. Her book-length translations include Meaty Pleasures by Mónica Lavín (Mexico, Katakana Editores, September 2021), Arrhythmias by contemporary Mexican Jewish writer Angelina Muñiz-Huberman (Literal Publishing & Hablemos, escritoras, 2022), and Scary Story by Alberto Chimal (Mexico, Pamenar Press, 2023).
