Andrea Rosenberg

Andrea Rosenberg is a translator from Spanish and Portuguese to English. Among her full-length translations are Tomás González’s Difficult Light and The Storm, Inês Pedrosa’s In Your Hands, Aura Xilonen’s The Gringo Champion, Juan Gómez Bárcena’s The Sky Over Lima, and David Jiménez’s Children of the Monsoon. Her translation of Marcelo D’Salete’s graphic novel Run for It: Stories of Slaves Who Fought for Their Freedom won an Eisner Award. She has been the recipient of awards and grants from the Fulbright Program, the American Literary Translators Association, and the Banff International Literary Translation Centre.
