Pilar Quintana is the author of four novels and one book of short stories, Caperucita se come al lobo, republished in Colombia in 2020. She received the Premio de Novela La Mar de Letras in Spain for Coleccionistas de polvos raros. Her novel La perra, now translated to twelve languages, won the Premio Biblioteca de Narrativa Colombiana and a PEN Translates Award.
