Mariano Vespa

Mariano Vespa (Tres Arroyos, 1988) earned his undergraduate degree in Social Communication from the Universidad de Buenos Aires. He undertook graduate studies at the UTDT Film Program and Havana’s School of Film. He works as a cultural critic for various Argentine and international outlets. He published the biographical novel Inmersión (Tren en Movimiento Ediciones), which won the first María Elena Walsh Prize. He directed the short film Mío será otro cuerpo. He took part in the Faber/Llull (Catalonia) and Laboratorio Federal (Museo Sívori) residencies. He is an organizer of literary festivals and an editorial consultant.
