Claudia Lama Andonie

Since 2008, Claudia Lama Andonie (Barranquilla, 1973) has been developing her writing practice in creative writing workshops alongside renowned authors such as Antonio Silvera Arenas, Pilar Quintana, José Zuleta, Antonio Ungar, Julio Villanueva Chang, and Margarita García Robayo. She is the author of the novels Un nosotros más grande (Libros & Libros, 2017) and La vida por delante (2020), which was awarded first place in the short novel category of the Portafolio de Estímulos Germán Vargas Cantillo. She is also the author of the book of short stories Bailarás sin tacones (Ediciones Exilio, 2018), which was recognized as the best book by a new writer in Barranquilla. Her short fiction has appeared in various magazines and anthologies.
