Alex Sens

Alex Sens is a Brazilian writer, currently living in Lyon, France. He’s the author of three short story collections:  Esdrúxulas (2008), Trincada (2009), and Corações ruidosos em queda livre (2018); and three novels: O frágil toque dos mutilados (2015), A silenciosa inclinação das águas (2019), and O obsceno sono dos ciprestes (2021). His debut novel won the Governo de Minas Gerais Prize for Literature, was a finalist for The São Paulo Prize for Literature, and was shortlisted for the Oceanos Prize.
