Alejandra Kamiya

Alejandra Kamiya is a Japanese-Argentine author whose stories have been awarded the Premio Feria del Libro de Buenos Aires (2009), the Premio Fondo Nacional de las Artes 50 Aniversario (2010), the Premio Horacio Quiroga (2012), and the Premio Unicaja (2014), among many others. She has published Los que vienen y los que se van: historias de inmigrantes y emigrantes en la Argentina (2008), Los restos del secreto y otros cuentos (2012), Los árboles caídos también son el bosque (2015), El sol mueve la sombra de las cosas quietas (2019), and La paciencia del agua sobre cada piedra (2023).
