Camila Genco is an Argentine literary and audiovisual translator who graduated from the Instituto de Enseñanza Superior en Lenguas Vivas “Juan Ramón Fernández” in 2024. Throughout her academic journey, she has worked on subtitling, dubbing, and interpreting projects, and has translated plays, poetry, modern and contemporary short stories, and children’s literature. For her graduation project, she translated a narrative essay by American abolitionist author Harriet Beecher Stowe. At present, she’s eager to step into the world of editorial translation and intends to pursue further studies in literary editing and proofreading.
