Ademar Soares Jr. is a scholar and translator. He majored in English and holds an MA in literature from the Federal University of Piauí, Brazil. He has received a Fulbright scholarship for teaching Portuguese at the University of Connecticut (2020/2022), where he also studied literary translation.
