William González Guevara

William González Guevara (Managua, Nicaragua, 2000) is a student at the Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid pursuing degrees in Literature and Journalism. He has lived in Spain since age 11. He works for two online publications, El Generacional (Spain) and Artículo66 (Nicaragua). He has published three books of poetry in Spain. Los nadies (Hiperión, 2022) was awarded the XXV “Antonio Carvajal” Prize for Young Poets. Me duele respirar (Valparaíso, 2023) won the IV Francisco Ruiz Udiel Prize for Spanish-American Poetry. His book, Inmigrantes de segunda (Hiperión, 2023) received the XXXVIII Hiperión Poetry Prize, hosted online by Sergio Ramírez.
