Rosalía Vázquez Moreno

Rosalía Vázquez Moreno (Cuenca, 1991) has been included in the books Wiwasapa (artistic anthology, 2017), Apenas memoria: Cuentos de transición (Spain, 2020), 100 mujeres de nuestra historia, Ecuador (2020), ¿Hasta cuándo con el tal Chiriboga? (2021), and El Diablo Verde (2023). She has also written for magazines including Monda & Lironda, Inhaus, Salud a la Esponja, Gaceta Cultural República Sur, and L’escalier Magazine. In 2023 she won the Open Call for Publications of the Casa de la Cultura Ecuatoriana “Benjamín Carrión,” Núcleo del Azuay. She earned a master’s in Creative Writing from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and an advanced degree in Language, Literature, and Audiovisual Expression from the Universidad de Cuenca. She enjoys photography and Ecuadorian rock.
