Ezequiel Zaidenwerg

Ezequiel Zaidenwerg (b. Buenos Aires, 1981) has published four books of poetry in Spanish, including Bichos: Sonetos y comentarios and, in English translation by Robin Myers, Lyric Poetry is Dead (Cardboard House Press, 2018). He has translated Anne Carson, Mark Strand, Denise Levertov, Ben Lerner, Robin Myers, Mary Ruefle, Weldon Kees, Kay Ryan, and Joseph Brodsky, among others. He is the editor of Penúltimos, an anthology of contemporary Argentinian poetry (UNAM, 2014). Since 2005, he has run zaidenwerg.com, where he uploads daily his translations of poetry.
