Whitni Battle

Whitni Battle, who currently works as a conference interpreter, has published translations in Hopscotch, Your Impossible Voice, and Latin American Literature Today, and was nominated for Deep Vellum’s Best Literary Translations Anthology for 2022. She has also worked as a foot juggling circus acrobat, a traveling jewelry artist, and an animal rescue technician. She loves to travel with her two dogs. She’s always looking for points of intersection between her passions, which include languages, art, and conservation.
